GBProduct didn’t work as advertised Product didn’t work as advertised, I followed instructions exactly as they were printed in the instruction book. I watched videos on other customers applying the product and tips that would be useful. This product was bought and used for my daughter but unfortunately did not do its intended purpose of smoothing her hair and reducing frizz. The fumes from the step 2 bottle are overpowering and hard to work with, be sure to be in a well ventilated area as my daughter and I were in our living room with a floor fan and ceiling fan on and both my daughter and I’s eyes were irritated by the fumes. I would not recommend this product as it did not work or show any difference in my daughters hair.

GBI like the natural and delicate… I like the natural and delicate fragrance. Great foaming! It doesn't leave my hair feeling unnaturally "squeaky clean" like I've experienced with other keratin shampoos. And it really brings out the natural waves in my hair. My scalp calms down after use and some shampoos give me dandruff but not yours. I would be happy to buy again P.S. The compostable packaging and the appearance of the packaging is very nice

AUVery disappointed I am very disappointed with your service, I made an order for three products and paid the full amount that was calculated at check out, after a few days of the order you sent me an invoice to pay $15 additional cost for shipping. This should have not accured as shipping cost already included when I made the order. Then you decided to give axception not to pay this time when after I decided to cancel my order and asked for refund. You need to be more honest with your customers and do let them Know that if they have to pay. more for shipping before placing an order.

GBIt takes way too long for items to… It takes way too long for items to ship. I find it ridiculous that I placed an order for domestic shipping within the US over 7 days ago and it’s still sitting at its origin waiting to be picked up. My last order was lost in the mail. I will be finding an alternative that better handles logistics of their orders…I have never had so many issues with one vendor.

GBAlmost 5 stars I had no problem placing the order and receiving it. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because the packaging was a little damaged. I was still able to use it however it seemed the product had leaked and the outside was yellowish. I really like the product and I will order again in the future. Hopefully at that time packaging comes in better shape.
