Non existent customer service It took so long for order to ship I made a another order the following day. Received the second order on the 31st and never received my first order. Tracking for the first package still says waiting for usps scan to this day. Contacted the company got a email on aug 1st saying they would check on it and give me a update and never heard from them again. Also you can clearly feel a vacuum sealed jar through the paper thin bag so I’m not surprised at all someone stole it. Don’t even bother with these clowns!

The product itself is good The product itself is good. The price keeps going up which that is lame but the lamest part of all of it is every now and then I place an order and it’s like they don’t even know I placed it so then I got to keep sending emails that I get no response to and then I placed another order and told him that I’m missing my order. Here’s the order number and then they just sent me my newest order and said nothing about it yeah so the customer service here is absolute garbage. There is none, but the products good if you get it.

Beware of porch pirates! 5/5 stars for quality and customer support with any issue. Its why I keep coming back I've had great difficulty getting some of my deliveries but it's a personal issue not a delivery or merchant problem but the ones that I do get are AMAZING and absolutely the BEST of what there is to have offered.I just wish there was a way to have it picked up at the post office or something.Other than that 5/5 I highly recommend

Consistently consistent. HMP is a hard working company with customer satisfaction in mind. Giving consistent service and a variety of options to choose from. Not to mention reasonable prices accompanied by some of the best product on the market, as it stands today. Try it out for yourself if you need a legal way to access your nuggets.

This is for real! The quality from HMP is the best of the best, in my opinion! Lots of other vendors are selling less potent hemp based products and / or have them listed at ridiculous prices. Everything I've received from HMP has been reasonably priced, handled professionally, and is among the greatest hemp products I've ever purchased! 5 ⭐️ from me, along with my customer loyalty!
