Terrible VPS Service - Avoid at All Costs I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cloudpacket. From the outset, the performance was abysmal. Despite promises of high uptime and blazing fast speeds, my website was frequently inaccessible, causing a significant loss in potential revenue. Customer support was practically non-existent. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance with the constant downtime issues, I was met with generic responses or, worse, complete silence. It's evident that they lack the expertise and dedication to provide adequate support to their customers. To add insult to injury, the billing system was a nightmare. They conveniently "forgot" to mention hidden fees and continuously charged me for services I didn't use or request cancellation for. It's clear that their primary concern is squeezing as much money out of their customers as possible, rather than delivering a reliable and transparent service. In summary, steer clear of Cloudpacket unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and throwing your money down the drain.
