Pretty straightforward although it pays to concentrate with each step but after trying & failing to transfer my WhatsApp history from my Oneplus Android phone to my new iPhone multiple times using two other apps, I am delighted to finally be able to use my new phone. Not working Not working. Wasted money and times. Ask to contact customer service for further assistants and told that 24 hours will respond but nothing turn up after 3 days. Website mentioned it's refundable if no solutions but no one getting back to me.

Worth every $ spent to buy the app. Had an issue once when the registration key did not work while changing laptop. But, Support responded in 1 working day and reactivated the Registration Code.

Tricky but almost happy Despite help from software, bear in mind that the process is heavily manual. I admit I felt uneasy all along. Eventually, the transfer has been quite complete. The only apparent flaw is that quite some contacts appear as phone numbers, even if they seem to belong to my contact book.
