Whatsapp transfer from Android to iPhone worked!! It worked!! I purchased a new iPhone for my Dad. My dad had a very old Android with lots of Whatsapp content that he didn't want to lose. We tried to move it over to his new iPhone and it wouldn't automatically bring everything over. Pretty straightforward although it pays to concentrate with each step but after trying & failing to transfer my WhatsApp history from my Oneplus Android phone to my new iPhone multiple times using two other apps, I am delighted to finally be able to use my new phone.
