Doesnt work skip this one.. Set it up and no channels actually even work no live no nothing... Just getting playback error and attempted to contact their customer support and their number doesnt exist on whatsapp which is the only form of contact listed on their site... Wrote them an email and no response either. Can you guys please get in touch?

Help with Vets I’ve shared your service with 3 other people and plan to continue to do so with many more. I’m a case manager that assists veterans retain their housing. Many of our older vets have traditional cable and are paying over $150 per month. I’ve helped set up their own accounts. This service has reduce their expenses but keeps them connected to the television shows they enjoy. Also the customer service is the best I’ve and my veterans have experienced. The Typhoon customer service should teach the big cable/telephone/internet providers how to proficiently serve their customers. THANK YOU.

I've been using this service for 3… I've been using this service for 3 years and has been pretty good. Overall, compared to other IPTV services, this is the best one I've come across. Had an issue about a year ago when they did DNS changes, but that took a few days for the Tier 1 DNS providers to replicate down the DNS updates. This one also appears to be DNS related. NSLookup provides the IP back, but when trying to resolve the hostname, it is not found, which tells me either an A-record or CNAME record is messed up on their DNS.
