The free plan has limited technical support, but when I broke my account, support restored it. Unfortunately, due to the war in Ukraine, automatic SSL is no longer supported for me. But this does not depend on hosting.

Crashed my website 3 times in 2022 They have caused my website to go down 3 times in 2022. All three times have been changes or failures on their side. EVERY time I sent a support ticket, their first response was that it wasn't anything they did. Only after I repeatedly stated what was going on and asked them to check closer, did they realize it was something on their end (nothing I could change) and fixed the problem. They have cost me several thousands of dollars in ecommerce website outages. As soon as I can migrate to a different hosting provider I will.
