Incorrect location assignment with no indicaiton Bought a VPS with location in Singapore. Was assigned a VPS in India instead w/o notification. Only until i followed up on a query about the terrible connection then did I realize the ip assignment was in India

Don't wast your time and money I bought VPS in UK and after receiving my VPS I noticed the main IP address they assigned was not clean and was not accessible in my target region. I request for IP change and they asked me to top up my account for this service . When I charged my account, the said sorry we are out of stock and didn't provide me any service. When I asked to refund my money they said we can't refund your money!!!

Paid for a Canadian VPS logged in once Paid for a Canadian VPS logged in once. left for a few hours and my server was suspended for the reason of: ATTACKING. The exact response support gave to me, I would not be coming back to this scam service.

Delete service less than 24h after… Delete service less than 24h after renew time. And after payment for the service that dont even exist anymore dont want refund. Scam service
