I went back to Designs Raptor for a… I went back to Designs Raptor for a major site redesign. Dozens of Desktop and Mobile pages created in photoshop by our in-house designer, lots of very complex formatting and design requirements, and their design team dove in to bring our vision to our Wordpress website. It was an exacting job. Sam Wilson and his team did it very quickly. And they didn’t mind me following up. Perhaps most important, they let us know when making changes would require custom PHP code that would make our site very hard to support and very fragile in the future. These are hard working, determined people who strive to meet deadlines and design meet requirements. For time, speed, and commitment they can't be beat. Note, they also built our site with a lot of tools that allow us to maintain it, which is crucial.

If I could give them a zero..I would. If I could give them a zero..I would. Not only did they overcharge me for a very simple website, they then BLACKMAILED me and CRASHED the site when I wouldn't give them another $ 1,000 for supposed security issues they discovered SIX months after I paid them in full for a website and a years hosting. As a small business owner its has been devastating = BEWARE

Could be better The web dev team was… Could be better The web dev team was okay to work with. They had a couple of flaws and didn’t quite grasp the idea of what I was looking for. We went back and forth with changes and it took a good 2 weeks to get what I want. They strayed away from the initial design and the website was laggy. Nevertheless, in the end, these guys pulled through and deliver what I asked for. Minus the delays, the team was working hard. So I am not going to leave a negative review. But I’ll cut points for the miscommunication.
