Could be better The web dev team was… Could be better The web dev team was okay to work with. They had a couple of flaws and didn’t quite grasp the idea of what I was looking for. We went back and forth with changes and it took a good 2 weeks to get what I want. They strayed away from the initial design and the website was laggy. Nevertheless, in the end, these guys pulled through and deliver what I asked for. Minus the delays, the team was working hard. So I am not going to leave a negative review. But I’ll cut points for the miscommunication.

HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not use. They will continue taking your money and extremely unprofessional. Find someone else and do not lose money to this scam.

A great company with people that care about you! I have worked with Design Raptors on two different website designs!! I have found the entire staff to be very professional and efficient but the greatest asset the have, in my opinion, is Steven Johnson!! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional! He is the epitome of customer service!! If you are able to work with Steven, I promise you won't be disappointed!! Tony J.

Frauds, scam artists, international thieves. Don't use this company SCAM... DO NOT BUY!!! I have lost thousands of dollars & months of time. They are all international: fake names, calling with fake numbers, fake texts, etc. They have fake people like "Sam Wilson" & "Steve Johnson" who will be your project managers. They can't write or understand English. Their team will schedule things at 8pm at night because they aren't located in the US even though they claim to be in Miami and New York. They said they were issuing a refund and never happened. 4 months into this and all I have is a paper.

Designs Raptor built us an e-commerce… Designs Raptor built us an e-commerce website, created our logo, and designed our business cards and other stationary. They essentially created our entire business for a quite reasonable price. Our assigned project manager, Addy, was always on top of everything. He was responsive to all requests and facilitated every change we asked for. It was truly a smooth process. I can recommend Design Raptor as a professional company who gets the job done.
