Do you really need this problem? This hostings requires 1-2 times a moth the ticket like 'please check why domein.sample is down'. I have no idea why they did not setup uptime monitoring to know the problem before my ping. Errors sample: Error 404 serser is unavailable. Error 503 server missconfiguration Error 522 Connection timed out your IP (admin!) is banned cPanels: too many conection host got suspended because of too extensive DB usage (Wordpress with 1300 indexed pages) I do not recommend to work with this hoster. Why do you need this problem?

Cut Livechat Support for few months! We have used Skynet service at two locations for over 10-years. At the beginning, Skynet was very helpful, and their response was quick. Gradually, we were pushed to accept the downtimes of few hours, which happened few times every year. This was accepted as we were not naive to have 100% Uptime! The occurrence of downtime frequency raised to once every 2-months. Since the end of 2023, Skynet even closed the Live Chat Support. We saw some other clients who left comment at their Facebook and the down service at some locations even could not be handled in 24-hours. There was no response from Skynet! Seeing the "Changed Service" since 2023, we hope Skynet's service may be changed one day!
