USBUYER BEWARE! Horrible, deceptive customer service! I ordered two products. One was smaller and in a different form than the item I paid for. The other product was so dried out it wouldn't come out of the tube. I contacted them several times for over a month. At first they would reply but ask for more photos or ask other questions. In my opinion they were hoping I'd give up if they frustrated me enough. I gave them whatever they asked for (photos in different formats, batch numbers, etc.) and then they just stopped replying. Terrible company! Buyer beware!
