The problem is that they only support older versions of the Linux kernel, which is not good for keeping your system maintained. They really need to update their system regularly, but they don't seem to be doing that. It's not a good thing, and honestly, I don't think I'll continue using their service because of this issue. If you need the latest Linux kernel for your project, you might want to look elsewhere. I mean, it's not the worst VPS provider out there, but this is a pretty big deal if you're running a complex system that requires the latest kernel. The few times that I have had to ask for help they were quick to respond, even switching me to a different server altogether when it was needed.
