Support agent Jane has always been responsive but I don't find her active nowadays on live chat The main issue is that subscribes particularly from India and Malaysia aren't able to subscribe or purchase paid content using bankcard . I understand the issue has been ongoing for sometime. But what is the outcome? I maybe losing on target audience if the issue is prolonged Tina is always online but never responded to any of my queries. I urge unlockd to get responsive support agent who would offer support within 24 hour as claimed
