I asked him to put the details in a email or as a document for future reference. He was not ready to do it. I could not understand why. 3. The money back guarantee is not clear. They never tell 3 weeks of guarantee and no questions refund policy. That created doubt for me. These are just words of caution and not a comment on their software. Kindly use your due diligence.
