Complete, Thorough Response Had an issue: unable to preview the site. Wrote to customer service and Saleh offered some solutions. When they didn't work, he asked to send me the file itself which was very easy clicking on an arrow, and getting the ticket-help-link. 24 hours later, a very simple fix was offered that solved the problem. The ONLY reason I give a 4 instead of 5 is the time it took to respond. But this is more a reflection on the amount of staff Everweb can hire, and not on Saleh's actualy work and solution. So far very please.

Easy, Creatively Fun, and Powerful I have been a EverWeb user since its inception. I compliment the developers for seamlessly transitioning from Apple's iWeb by making the design canvas and tools just as intuitive but way more capable. Customer support is superb with instructional videos and technical issue resolution. EverWeb is responsive to customers and welcomes feature suggestions and regular update / enhancements. Hosting has been 100% reliable, 24 hours a day. 365 days per year since its founding. I am a throughly satisfied charter customer.

The iWeb conversion looks great! The iWeb conversion you did for me looks great. By proofing the conversion, trying things with the software and asking questions of you, I learned a lot about how EverWeb works. Having you do the conversion from iWeb was much more efficient than trying to do it myself while also trying to learn EverWeb. Now that I have my iWeb site in EverWeb, I can easily see where you plugged in the various text and images, giving me a basis for further learning and exploring the software while revising my website as needed. Thank you so much for all your help including the clear and thorough answers to my questions. Excellent Service and Easy too use tools I have been a customer for years using their program and hosting service. The service is consistently excellent with very fast response. I have recently changed my domain registration from a different service to EverWeb so all my internet services are consolidated. I have used the service to market a small restaurant in Oregon, used it in my campaign to become a school board director (I won and it was the only thing I used to win) and now use it to keep stakeholders informed about any decisions. I am completely please with the service.
