GBAmazing Customer Service I switched to EverWeb when Apple discontinued iWeb. Seamless transition of websites. Intuitive and easy software to use. I cannot say enough about their customer service: Quick to respond, Accurate, Friendly...just to name a few.

GBComplete, Thorough Response Had an issue: unable to preview the site. Wrote to customer service and Saleh offered some solutions. When they didn't work, he asked to send me the file itself which was very easy clicking on an arrow, and getting the ticket-help-link. 24 hours later, a very simple fix was offered that solved the problem. The ONLY reason I give a 4 instead of 5 is the time it took to respond. But this is more a reflection on the amount of staff Everweb can hire, and not on Saleh's actualy work and solution. So far very please.

GBAmazing customer service Everweb has saved my website which was no longer supported by iweb. Throughout the period when I had to rebuild my website from scratch, Everweb support team has kindly guided me through. Recently I could finally upload my new website through Everweb server. GBExcellent Service and Easy too use tools I have been a customer for years using their program and hosting service. The service is consistently excellent with very fast response. I have recently changed my domain registration from a different service to EverWeb so all my internet services are consolidated. I have used the service to market a small restaurant in Oregon, used it in my campaign to become a school board director (I won and it was the only thing I used to win) and now use it to keep stakeholders informed about any decisions. I am completely please with the service.
