GBNo refund on non activated key code. I found my key code from the original purchase of the computer. I didn’t activate the one I bought from you. I tried to get the refund you plaster all over your product. Was denied a full refund. “Tom” requested my order number and has not gotten back to me. I will not go quietly into the night if you don’t refund my money. Companies customer service should do better. It’s not the money for me. It’s the freaking principle. Some people can’t afford 30$. I’m not surprised. You could do much better than 80% refund. Never saw that mentioned in you ad.
