All of their hosted sites have been hacked and the reason is that the servers of the companies they deal with are not secure. My own sites were hosted on Asura Hosting and they did not explain that. I discovered that by chance, and when they found out that I knew that they were hosted on Asura, they provided justifications every time. Different. Very poor technical support. Tickets are not responded to until very long periods of time, and chat is also the same. I also paid them for the service of establishing a company in America, but they did not open it. When I contacted them, they said that the matter was up to the state registrar. More than a year and a month passed and the service was not implemented. After more than a year, I contacted another company and they implemented the full service within Only 15 days, and I have asked them many times to refund the amount to establish the company and there is no response at all. ****UPDATE**** The staff tells me that the reason is Full Access Accounts! Knowing that I have never requested any unmanaged service, nor have I made any modifications to the reseller accounts other than opening a CPanel account and installing WordPress. Originally, I do not have Full Access permission because the services are fully managed. The accounts were all damaged at once at a certain time, and in that The time when I inquired about the reason, they told me that it was an error in setting up the main account, knowing that they were the ones who set it up and I had not made any modifications to it or to any other account. When I transferred my sites to another service provider, I did not face any problem with my sites, knowing that when the sites were damaged previously, they told me that the problem had been solved. However, the damage returned every short period of time, while with the other provider, the sites were not damaged at all. ****UPDATE**** When you reviewed the request, did it not become clear to you that the services I requested were a managed reseller and not a server managed by me??!! I am surprised by the fact that you responded by saying that you have reactivated the account even though it poses a threat to your servers, and in fact it was your servers that damaged the sites. All the sites I own have official licenses for the plugins used. Before transferring to you, they did not face any problem, and even after transferring from your servers to other servers, they did not encounter a problem!! Knowing that I requested to reactivate the account because you did not return the amount anymore. I have recorded a video for my account, how from my account i have in Menabitt, I entered my main cpanel account for the managed reseller and it directed me to Asura, and I can share the video with you if you want. I had full permissions on Asura to modify my account.
