Great service (even though I'm not a customer) I had trouble accessing my website dashboard and put out a call for help on Twitter. They kindly diagnosed the problem for me even though we weren't following each other and they don't host my website. So if this is how they treat strangers online, imagine how well they must treat their actual customers! I would highly recommend, and I'm strongly considering changing my host based on this experience.
