GBMistake on ordering Somehow I have just made a mistake and put 2 orders in for my socks 🤦♀️. I messaged them straight away to try to cancel both orders, got a lovely person come back (Alex S) who helped my sort the orders out, I told he I needed the 1st order but need it it to be shipped on the express as I need them by October 2nd in the U.K. . He sorted it all out with in 1/2 hr of me E-mailing (there was a cancellation free ,but I was okay with that as it was my fault ) . Just received an email stating out all the figure and what I would receive back. This was done so efficiently, I am so great full for all your help with this matter . Looking forward to receiving my sock. Ann

GBI've played around with… I've played around with myVitalflows.com and found it to be almos alright. Navigating and searching through the website is easy to do. I was a bit disapointed with the price options but overall the site is good enouf. The product selection was good and they also have a wide range of payment options. I also found no spelling or grammer mistakes on the website. I think they could improve on the customer service a bit. All n' all, not a bad site.

GBThe advise on sizing is poor and poor admin staff The advise on sizing is poor, the size is important because the socks are a tight fit but the is no advice. .The stiching inside the sock is not finished properly and marks legs and ankles . The socks are returnable at the buyers expense to a USA address which from the problem i had was no one appeared to monitor the receipt of post, hence my refund took 30 days from return despatch to the actual receipt of refund, The courier stated that parcel was delivered but was not traced by poor admin staff. Do not trust promise of early refund.
