GBI was a fan of their other platform I was a fan of their other platform, Dealcheck, which brought me to RentCast. Unless your paying way too much money to CoStar, it can be difficult to get rent comps. However this platform is cost efficient and easy to use. It is easy for me to screenshot this and plug it right into a marketing packet.

GBIt isn't easy to get proper rents for… It isn't easy to get proper rents for multi-family, so I have to fib the property and enter it multiple times to get the units correct. This is fine but the 25 cap in the pro is hardly pro. There's other features I'd like to add but if the main purpose is to track rents, the above is my main issue. The other issue is it seems to error a lot when pulling the data.
