Got the package with product but no… Got the package with product but no receipt, no information except for the micro sized lettering on the bottle. Haven’t started using it yet but those two things jumped out at me instantly .

They even sent me an email that my file is under review. I just received an email today from them refusing my refund. False advertising is a crime. BAD COMPANY BAD COMPANY! Yes I purchased Folix22 but I tried to cancel the order within a hour after purchase but the company told me it was basically too late to cancel. Then they told me to wait until my order arrived and then they would send me a return label. I waited for arrival then requested a label and they told me to refuse the package when the product arrives. Then they told me they didn’t provide labels. Now they just don’t respond in customer help emails from me and there isn’t a phone number that you can contact. Their return policy is bull. Typical Made in China Co.

Folix22 Order Never Received I ordered this in December! Was never received. Have emailed the company continuously and have not received any response with regard to refund. Do not order from this company!!!! Folix 22 have finally today 1st March got back in touch with me they have apologised and authorised my refund. Thank you
