Then told too late to cancel as will now be in process of being sent???Dishonesty very much the theme and then told once I receive it to send it back so I pay again.i will never purchase from this place ever again bad taste bad publicity

I have been trying to return my order… I have been trying to return my order since February 9, 2024 and it is now March 17, 2024 with no luck. They say they are moving and I cannot return at this time because they don't have a new address???? But they did offer me a 50% refund and I would get to keep the product. Why would I want only a 50% refund when I paid over $300. for the product. I just want to return this product and get my money back. I have done some research and this product is not for me. I have female pattern baldness and this just won't help.
