I wrote back to contact email which is a fake email address so I do not expect to hear back, there is literally nowhere to contact them. I would be amazed if I receive anything, I see that some of you did..

The product was not what I expected The product was not what I expected or you did not send me the correct product? IThe square brush had NO inkt in it. The inktube with the package is not possible to put the ink on the brush, so this is completely useslesse.

One star is generous because this… One star is generous because this product is not usable. I purchased this product for eyebrow definition and I’m sent a soft square brush and a tube of brown die with a lipstick sponge, and in a used box all taped back together. There is no way this product will work. In addition, the ingredients of the dye are listed as ‘water’ nothing else. This is obviously a complete rip off.

Nothing like the video promoting the… Nothing like the video promoting the product. Brush is just a normal brush does not do what they way it will do and powder is like putting eyeshadow on your brows. Threw it away. Not fit for purpose.

If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. Total and utter rubbish. Like others have said nothing like their video at all. Trades Descriptions would have a field day. Cheap brush incapable of doing the strokes the video shows. Product is not the shaped palette in the video either its just a pot of tinted lipstick consistency stuff. A very expensive cheap product!
