Best brushes ever for hooded eyes and mature skin Rephr brushes are to die for no matter how seasoned or how inexperienced you are. It just works for everyone and I think their concept store is an amazing opportunity to try out new products in advance. I am a huge fan and can’t use any other brand of brushes anymore.
