I also haven’t experienced cramping during the periods I took them during. I'm seeing a difference!! I'm on my second bottle and I have to say I am noticing a difference. My breasts are naturally saggy and this along with weightlifting has made them look perkier. Bustbunny I just opened my second bottle, it started noticing growing pains, around week 2. My bra size has went from sports bra large to xl, with the first bottle. I drink my 8+ glasses of water daily. I know that everybody is different. I'm overall satisfied.

I am taking BB supplements every day. I do feel and see an increase in my breast size.
