They provided a wrong tracking number, as per UPS comment and they ignore any complaint email or request if is not about new order. The phone number provided on amazon is not working. LE: It was lack of support in the beginning but, a representative got back to me offering constructive support in the end, even suggesting full refund. The delay was not caused by the company but by the UPS and local post office.
