As good as they get. The product works as well as you would hope. Can get a firm grip with no pinching or burning of the skin (while hanging) and it didn't take much practise attaching the device for a good fit. The curves and angles of the design prevent the wrap from bunching up which causes the pinching (hanging shouldn't be a pain tolerance run). The delivery was prompt and the wrap that came with it was better than any other I had tried (I could never get a perfect grip with every attempt with other products I own - This product solved my problems with hanging).

Highly recommended! Had known about Malehanger sooner, I would've saved thousands of dollars on experimentation and aggravation. As long as you read Ben's instructions that are provided, there shouldn't be any issues. I highly recommend using the LG Hanger girth band instead of the gauze.
