Best customer support ever Collin from AdPlugg reached out to me after I had installed the plugin asking if I needed any help. Turns out, I did, and I replied. We exchanged emails for a day or two but I was still unable to achieve exactly what I wanted, and to my surprise, he actually offered to do a Zoom call with me to get things up and running. Now that's first-class customer support if I've ever seen it!

Above and way beyond… After almost a month of various security technicians battling a virus on our website (grandmagazine.com) that caused scam pop-ups to appear, someone suggested that AdPlugg might be the source of the virus. I notified AdPlugg. I was immediately contacted by Collin Krawll who offered to jump on a zoom call to help me figure out what was going on. The problem had NOTHING to do with Adplugg at all.
