Using it every few days has made a tremendous difference in my nagging knee and shoulder discomfort. The 30 degree beam angles allow me to get the right coverage angle even for bone protected spots. And the customer service team has been truly stellar when I’ve had any questions! I've received replies to all my emails within the hour.
