Complicated to install. I purchased the software and struggled to get it installed on an LG G3. I requested support and got questions over and over saying " can you be more descriptive of your issue". I'm not an I.T. Guy nor do I write software so other than following the complicated instructions and it not installing, I did not know what else to say. 14 emails later ikeymonitor is still ignoring to give me a refund even though it has a "30 day money back guarantee". My advice use [external reference]. Super easy to install in 2-3 minutes and works great!

Iphone 7,bad customer service i contacted before i purchased, asked them if i can use phone 7 they said go head buy it the service will work , i bought no one can help me . bad customer service i was chatting with mark Simon , she or he ignoring all my question . it looks like scam before i have tried a times to access the downloaded software on my iphone with the information provided after I purchased the app. Localhost:8888 doesn't work. Amobielspy openapp doesn't work. Emcpanel.com openapp doesn't open the program.

Waste of time and money only works for a month maybe At first it worked on the ambient recording isn’t always available unless the screen is on its still detectable with icons showing on the target phone when accessing location ect and is shows on scans and startup menu . The first month was ok it was hard to get it to start working but after it worked most of the time the second month was harder to get features to operate or access logs it wasn’t logging like it should and by the end of the second month and going in to the third month I had trouble gaining access to the panel app to view and monitor then after that it was useless nothing worked at all maybe once or twice it logged in a few messages and if it was able to record there was no sound out of the entire month i got a couple updates on messages and one recording with sound now it’s almost the end of the third month and I am ready to take my business elsewhere because the times I needed it to work it never did I’ve complained to customer support neumerous times and it hasn’t been fixed I have re configured and triple checked settings on the target phone and gone through all settings on the emcpanel app that it takes me to log in and reset everything and still nothing is happening it’s a waste of money it works temporarily only and that’s it it’s useless after the first month or so don’t waste your time and money it’s not worth all the stress and if your child was in danger there’s no way to know because it won’t work

Yes and no Well, the app is great, providing the wanted informations, keycaps, messages and much more. Although it doesn't catch MMS or Messenger pictures (on non-rotted Android). It also miss some texts sometimes, and it would be even greater if it could record Whatsapp or Messenger videocalls. So basically it's good but it misses some functions and still has some fails.
