The website is super easy to use and fill out - and if you get started and don't have what you need, you can just stop and start again anytime, which is really important to me. Also, it reminded me of things I hadn't thought of - like information about the house and the pets, etc. I already feel a sense of relief of having a lot of this taken care of, even though I still have a few things to grab and put in here, like my passport photo.

Great service but overpriced It's a great service and it's continually improving, but I don't think the service justifies the price. I could get the same service—just with a little more upfront work—using Google Calendar and Google Docs which are free. I'll continue using it as long as I continue to get a discount but if I have to pay full price, I'll let it go.
