Genuinely Brilliant. I first came across Floofy Hosting whilst talking to the COO. He pointed out that I was severely overpaying for my host - I made the switch to Floofy and haven't looked back! We did have an issue on the 3rd night however the support team was incredibly helpful, Abdullah, Balin and Ethan are absolutely brilliant (and I'm sure the rest of the team is too!!) I'm looking forward to bringing more of my servers over to you guys.

Bad customer support Asked for me to give out my VPS root password in a ticket any staff member could view, proceeded to terminate it for abuse after the VPS was accessed by another party and claimed it was due to a weak password.

Although there was an issue with their NYC-02 node - the staff kindly but quite promptly offered me a VPS to move my Discord Bot Hosting plans too in the meantime or to move to a new node while NYC-02 was to be sorted out.
