It is fairly easy to use and walks you through the experience. However, not being an attorney or estate planner you may need additional help. My Advocate provides excellent support services and Rudy Wolf is the best. He thoroughly took his time to guide me through my questions. I can't thank him enough for his patience and assistance.

Thorough -- yet easy to complete MyAdvocate Is thorough and yet easy to use. Our estate plans were old. They needed an update - specific to our state requirements. The on-line program walks you thru most all scenarios but I did have a couple of questions which were promptly answered PRIOR to completing our purchase. Their personalized service is outstanding. Everyone needs to have these documents…death is no respecter of age.

If you are not sure how to answer a question, there are relevant sidebars of information about each question. No matter how deep you dive, they will work with you relentlessly until you have complete clarity. Plus they are so personable! If you are like me, with lots of detailed questions, pretty soon they feel like family! I wish I had my own MyAdvocate support person for everything else I research in life!
