Terrible App Dodgey Payment Charges Not Worth Time or Money Terrible service too expensive for such a flawed app, some songs either fail to download as missing from their servers and most of the artists haven't been sorted properly, if two artists exist with the same name then all their songs will be mixed together, then there is metadata missing from the songs when download them even if the song shows in Deekeep as "blah (feat. blah blah)" it will most of the times be missing the "(feat. blah blah)" so i am forever having to rename all songs etc. The kicker for me though is when they charged me 3 times for one month of service! The first two times were bad enough so i cancelled my paypal payments then the next day after taking payment twice for one month i received an email form them saying they tried to take a 3rd payment but paypal wouldn't let them, all i can say is i am glad i cancelled paypal auto payments when i did. I dont know what error caused them to try charging me 3 times in the same week but i wont be going anywhere near Deekeep again so i don't care. Their customer service is like an indian call centre they couldn't care less what the issue is even if their fault once they have your money i all they care about. Luckily paypal didn't agree and gave me two refunds back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR BROKEN APP!
