In all honesty I can't say I have seen a difference in my acne scars from the H Scars, but my skin has gotten significantly more even toned, brighter and just more healthy looking from this oil. I am on my 4th bottle and will continue to use it because of the effect it has. My acne scars are very old and indented so it is silly to think a miracle would occur, but I am still abundantly happy with the results this oil has given me. Due to my scar being really old I haven't seen much of a reduction but will definitely keep using just for the relief in pain and tightness of my scar. It's definitely looking less red. Simply the Best I've been using the Simply Cleansing Oil, in conjunction with Simply Face Oil, on a routine, daily basis for several months now.
