Scott has been in contact with me and they've listened to me when I said some things weren't working right they are so very kind and helpful actually a really great company. I've had some software from companies that do things with Amazon that have been absolutely rude and disrespectful. I think this tactical arbitrage and source mogul have had some really decent owners that are very respectful. It's a good software for certain things and it's also affordable which seems to be a problem with some of the softwares. Try it out with a free trial and just cancel before renewal I've had no problems of being charged when I've canceled.

SmartScout auto-renewed my annual… SmartScout auto-renewed my annual subscription without informing me (reminding customer of this is customary in SaaS world). I contacted them for a refund but they refused to give one. Avoid at all costs.
