This was very helpful, because, as the product owner, we avoided a bigger risk at a reasonable cost. Prelaunch does nor comply with money back warranty Prelaunch does nor comply with the rules they publish. The project i invested in has not delivered what the promised. Prelaunch states they will have the control over deposits and give back they money if project does not comply. They dont give my money back and say it is in hands of the launching company, which does not answer to reuqests.
