GBVERY poor support! VERY poor support! I've seen tickets go weeks, even months without updates from anyone. Currently , a ticket from February of this year is sitting there. just an inquiry, staff have been ignoring this. This isn't the only ticket, or the only time this has happened. This company has done this many times, often just ignoring tickets for days, claiming to be "busy" or "occupied". From a network perspective, the company is alright. From an offerings perspective, the company is substandard From a support perspective, the company is a disaster
