KEEP LOOKING THEY ARE NO LONGER PAYING! Worked for them 2 months starting in OCT, started out great now they have decided not to pay me. I have been communicating with them through slack and they won't answer. A bunch of 20 year olds with a great concept but won't deliver. Just had a mass exodus of people in November that didn't get paid all top performers! DO NOT DO IT KEEP LOOKING FOR WORK ELSEWHERE!

Glencoco is legit Hey, I want to write a recap about my last few weeks with Glencoco. I actually set some meetings on my first week and they paid out that Friday, so if there are any questions about whether or not they pay out, I can say they do. Now, some campaigns are better than others. Some leads go straight to mobile, which I think are the best use of my time. Other than that I can self-source if I don't feel like the leads are up to par. All in all, they've built something commendable and certainly valuable to both brands and sales development professionals.

Almost feels like stealing Almost feels like stealing, although we must remember, that us reps do bring value to the companies glencoco works with. We get the word out, while at the same time practicing and enhancing the skills needed to learn and grow into who we want to be. Great stuff.

Colossal waste of time Built by ppl who have never worked in sales. CEO is a greedy dirtbag. You’ll only ever chase your tail working here. All the payouts and users they claim to have are fluffed to the max.

Glencoco is a awesome company Glencoco is definitely one of if not the best company to work with hands down. I say this for many reasons, however I will give you a few. The leadership team is extremely professional and attentive. They are constantly finding ways to improve the SDR's experience which is contributing to building a positive and successful culture for the company and it's associated network of companies. The model is innovative, unique, and simply a breath of fresh air.
