Metals- API have been exceptional in… Metals- API have been exceptional in their service regarding an issue with my account recently. I'd highly recommend them for their professionalism.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - their competition is cheaper, anyways They suddenly changed our subscription terms without notice, and then told us we had to upgrade to a new plan (which costed $1,125 MORE - four-times as much as our current plan) to continue sending the same request volume we had been sending for more than three years. When we contacted support, they said this had always been the rate limit and they had experienced an "oversight" in enforcing it on our account. They refused to refund us even though we had just renewed our subscription not 10 days ago. I would recommend using literally any other service. We went with metalpriceapi.com who turned out to be 91.7% cheaper than the plan we were herded into by metals-api. I tested their API responses and their data is in parity with metals-api over the past 18 months (thats as far as I tested). Same data and higher rate limits for a fraction of the cost.
