ForeclosureRadar has horrible customer service Beware their free trial. They may not receive your cancellation request, conveniently, even though there is a clear email trail of it. This company is a pain to do business with, others are better.

I have used Property Radar since its… I have used Property Radar since its inception. I can't say enough about Sean and the Staff at Radar. Their data and their constant upgrades have made my business such a success. The data they provide is the best out there and their customer support is equal. This site gives an investor or business owner such detailed information that it is just beyond my expectations. When I think he is done with the site he goes on to add more data and make the system that much user friendly. There is nobody in the real estate investment business that can be successful without using Radar. Radar has helped me and my staff become more and more successful and we just can't live without it. I would highly recommend this site to anyone out there looking for real estate related data!

Thieves! I signed up for a free 3 day trial and when I tried canceling I kept getting a 501 error. I contacted Property Radar a couple of hours into the next day and explained what happened and that I needed to cancel. I was met by an unprofessional and rude response. I never would have signed up for this service, especially since the information they provide can be gotten for free through Title. And the info I got through them didn't match what I got through Title either. After reading the other reviews here, it looks like I'm not the only one that had issues when it came to canceling.
