Most useful I often use different email verification tool, last time I used MailRefine. I like how simple it is to sign up and clean my mailing list with Mailrefine. Their pricing is great and their customer service is outstanding.

Issues not resolved after weeks of concerns - system not reliable There is a willingness from the support team to resolve issues when they become finally available, but they are most of the time not available to us and/or not able to solve persistent issues. I am referring to weeks of troubleshooting without results. Also, the validated emails are not reliable as the servers of Mailrefine often seem to fail. It's always a risk investing in a startup, and unfortunately this didn't yield result, so we have to look for an alternative option now. I wish Mailrefine all the best and hope they can thrive one day.

The results do not look correct and no support The results do not look correct. I got some emails of colleagues that i email regularly that were marked as invalid. I wanted to ask for support, but after 1 month of trying multiple times to get in touch with support, i got 0 reply. We're quite a significant client. Waste of money.
