GBHorrible product and service We have had to leave ContentVerse because it had become completely unusable for us. With each update that came out (which we installed as directed), new issues were generated. At this point, many of our employees couldn't even get into ContentVerse, which means they couldn't access our archived documents, a big problem! For those who can still get in, it sometimes takes as long as 45 minutes to access a single document. The help desk was not helpful at all. Even when ContentVerse was working properly, our employees weren't huge fans of the search and viewing capabilities. As we researched options for replacing ContentVerse, it became evident how much better other products are.
