GBSigned up for Sendlayer yesterday Signed up for Sendlayer yesterday, never received a welcome email, but they took my $60. Sent them an email because something wasn't working; never heard back from them. Tried signing into the acct. this morning and they are telling me they don't have that email . Tried sending them another email to contact me, and still haven't heard back. I either want my money back or need them to contact me to settle this and get things rolling. Wondering if they are legit. I even gave them my phone #, and CONVENIENTLY they don't have a phone # to contact them. Tried even sending a ticket, and it wouldn't let me; I am assuming because I couldn't get into my account. I DEMAND THEY CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!

GBA bumpy start, then good support The initial responses to support request consisted of repeatedly getting links to the same documents--none of which were applicable in my case. However, eventually, I was in contact with a support tech who was helpful and patient--and got me to documents and videos that helped me solve the problem. So while the initial responses weren't that helpful, ultimately, I received the support I needed.
