After eating, it’s important to remember clean your teeth and mouth as best as you can to prevent any staining of the aligners once they’re put back on. With no wires or brackets partially blocking your access to teeth, tasks like brushing at least twice a day and flossing daily are much easier to accomplish. Easy teeth alignment help over zoom I was very happy with help over zoom to make my impressions with Kevin. He was kind and patient and I’m really looking forward to getting my aligners in a few weeks time!

I can’t believe it’s so easy! I had clear aligners at the dentist about 8 years ago and my teeth have moved since! So I decided to get some more, but with rising costs and now a lack of time I thought Casper smile would be the perfect alternative! So far, I’ve completed the impression kit and I’m awaiting my first set of aligners. I cannot believe how easy it was. I was really worried about taking the impressions, especially as the dentists always struggle to get them in my mouth (I have a small mouth) but it was so easy!! Was done in a few minutes, and then I just had to take photos to send off too! I didn’t need to as it was so easy, but I loved that I could’ve got in touch with an expert at Casper smile had I needed the help! I cannot wait to get my aligners now 😬
