USFraudulant Contract, Non-Delivery of Work As an update: Once review was published, I received this email from the CEO which included threatening language, such as below. "I request to take of this review otherwise I leave with no option but to fight this digital reputation and TRUST ME! It will go very dirty." _________ Focusteck had engaged with our team for a month over month contract. They demanded payment in the beginning for 1 Developer 1 QA. By month 2, the developer (Saad Asad) stopped working in the middle of the month but refused to provide a refund for over 40 hours not delivered. The CEO kept on saying they would make up for the work but never provided a new developer. It's now been 8 months and they've stopped replying to emails. As well, when we did engage, they scheduled week long "holidays" which they mentioned were cultural, but will still charge us for the hours. They are not full time employees but rather our agreement was hourly, yet because the payment was processed I could not dispute it. Please watch out for fraud when you are working with this company.
