Good experience! I was looking for a small IP block in the US for my company. A /24, and they had several at good prices that were registered in the US. The people were very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

Disappointing I signed up for an account almost one week ago, unfortunately it remains unapproved. I've also contacted them on the live chat facility initially and had no response there either. I've heard good things about this company but I'm beginning to wonder if what I've heard is true based on my rather disappointing experience. Either that or maybe I'm considered not a viable (or large) enough customer for them to bother with. I've since signed up to a different and also highly regarded marketplace without hassle and they've been quick to respond to my questions while I decide whether to continue with paying for leased IPv4 space or purchase instead.
