Worked decently until 2 days ago when… Worked decently until 2 days ago when their tracking stopped working. I keep contacting the customer support and yesterday they told me the error is on their side, but today, they acted like everything works fine on their end, asking me what's the error I receive. When I mentioned I have the same error from yesterday and they were supposed to fix this in a few hours, I stopped receiving any replies even though they state they offer 24/7 support. I have to provide full report to my clients about the mailing but I can't show anything while the tracking system is off. This was a huge setback to my business so I can't help but give them a bad review.

Saving Emails I have been using the finder and sender software for some time now. The new sender version is great, even better, but it has a slight problem while trying to save only emails in txt. I suggest you insert anther option: %EMAIL> Some attendants need more training, once it is clear they do not know the system that well. Chenton was the one who gave me the best and excellent service.
