I've been using Hostblast since 2020… I've been using Hostblast since 2020 and I can recommend this cheap & affordable hosting service. I haven't had - except of smaller issues - no big problems with Hostblast so far.

Their own links do not seem to work any more.but cannot give link which is a bit moronic given that is the main problems billingcart.php etc generated a 404 error instead of giving info on reseller accounts. When I tried to contact them via the "contact us" page on their website, it took me here submitticket.php etc and wanted me to login. I tried to contact them via Facebook - but then an auto-responder gave me a new link which, after clicking "pre-sales enquiry" took me straight back to the page which wants me to login before I can send them a message. A pity, it seemed like a great deal - but as their own links do not work - and their own Facebook page hasn't been updated in over a year, I guess they folded. Pity.

zero customer service zero customer service , infact they are the worst hosting company out there. This company has made me to loss money severally as many of my clients always get angry and give me a negative review due to me not delivering their websites on time as a result of the poor service from Hostblast.net. Last but not least , their technical support is always offline and only pre-sales and billing support are always online because they need to convince people to buy and tell you they have an uptime of 99% plus which isn't true because as I even speak now , I bought a gold package from them which I can't even build my clients website at the money because for many hours now , it is down and ever since I sent them a TICKET to their Technical support, they have not responded neither have they solved my problem but when it is to make payment , they will always be available to confirm payment. All departments that can assist after you have bought your package from them are always OFFLINE.
