On two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great presets but not responsive to emails Have tried to reach them via email for the past 2 weeks, but they're far from being responsive.

So easy to install for mobile and desktop! Also, I accidentally bought one preset in only mobile, and they sent me the desktop version as a gift for being a valued customer.
