Great product and even better service I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. A great product and amazing online service, I highly recommend this product and company.

Worth it! Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Gamechanger for Lightroom Editing Got their complete preset bundle in a black friday sale. I was hoping for a little more effectiveness in my workstream with Lightroom (professional wildlife photography, see caplan_photography on Insta), but ended up with a completely new approach to editing my pictures. There is a lot(!) of good stuff there that gets your creativity going. Some minor redundancies, but with roughly 2000 presets, that is completely understandable and not really an issue. Can absolutely recommend it, and I was not even paid to say this!! :-)
