Don't be afraid to ask for some help... I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Then I decided to get some help on having a colour base made for me, here is where Flourish Presets comes in, and with this offer that was available I got even more - basically got everything for all season photos :D added preset, adjusted some lights and done, sent photos to my clients in a few hours. As I work as a company I needed extra documentation that Flourish Presets created specially for me and my accounting. With no questions asked got everything I needed. Great experience!! I got the influencer starter pack while it was onsale for Cyber Monday, and WOW! So many presets!!! I received all my presets instantly when I processed my payment and it was super easy to download and load into LR. Great experience!!

Too Complicated We bought several packs for our business and it was tedious trying to use them. First, you have to figure out which of their 3 file formats will work with your version of Lightroom. Many many hours later, we were able to narrow down our supported file format to DNG format, but now we have another issue: all of the images have designs on them including the company's logo that we can't remove because our paid version of Lightroom recognizes it as an uneditable image. Also, one of the packages that we purchased was 30 of the same single image. Whether we're doing something wrong or not, their images seem waay too complicated. So, for us, it's been a waste of $65 because we've given up trying to figure out Flourish Presets.

Great product and even better service I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. A great product and amazing online service, I highly recommend this product and company.

Needed PayPal to get my money back Careful! Absolutely NOT serious!! Never received the presets I bought. They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage. As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back. Would rate no star if that would be possible.
