Great presets but not responsive to emails Have tried to reach them via email for the past 2 weeks, but they're far from being responsive.

EXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

Before you buy the FLOURISH PRESETS If you wondering to buy this presets, consider the following: - hundredts of presets that are just some twicks from each other and have nothing to do with what they called - It will confuse you by the ability of the them and make you spend an hour choosing just one which will most probably still not work as it easier to do it your self - No customer sevice or extremely useless - If you want to unsubscribe, good luck, as even if you do unsubscribe from their email they keep sending you them. - Please do not spend the money, do the LR course instead, invest in learnign rather. I am professional photographer and just wanted to try it out for my flow... NO, pretty sure wont work most of people who know what highligts and shadows are. ONE THING FLOURISH PRESETS are good at is marketing, they got me, actually.

The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. Flourish presets bring photos to life and saves time!

On two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets.
