Great presets but not responsive to emails Have tried to reach them via email for the past 2 weeks, but they're far from being responsive.

I am a professional photographer and… I am a professional photographer and these presets help save a lot of time in the LR batch editing process. The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. Flourish presets bring photos to life and saves time!

EXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

So easy to install for mobile and desktop! Also, I accidentally bought one preset in only mobile, and they sent me the desktop version as a gift for being a valued customer. So nice to do business with a company that cares about customer relationships and responds in a timely manner!

Worth it! Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service
