The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. EXCELLENT customer service! I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

Before you buy the FLOURISH PRESETS If you wondering to buy this presets, consider the following: - hundredts of presets that are just some twicks from each other and have nothing to do with what they called - It will confuse you by the ability of the them and make you spend an hour choosing just one which will most probably still not work as it easier to do it your self - No customer sevice or extremely useless - If you want to unsubscribe, good luck, as even if you do unsubscribe from their email they keep sending you them. - Please do not spend the money, do the LR course instead, invest in learnign rather. I am professional photographer and just wanted to try it out for my flow... NO, pretty sure wont work most of people who know what highligts and shadows are. ONE THING FLOURISH PRESETS are good at is marketing, they got me, actually.

Would never recommend this company Would never recommend this company. Truly awful presets that will ruin your photos and discourage you. Even worse customer service once I wrote in that I was unhappy with their presets. They did not care. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Great product and even better service I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. A great product and amazing online service, I highly recommend this product and company.
