Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. Needed PayPal to get my money back Careful! Absolutely NOT serious!! Never received the presets I bought. They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage. As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back. Would rate no star if that would be possible.
