Don't be afraid to ask for some help... I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Then I decided to get some help on having a colour base made for me, here is where Flourish Presets comes in, and with this offer that was available I got even more - basically got everything for all season photos :D added preset, adjusted some lights and done, sent photos to my clients in a few hours. As I work as a company I needed extra documentation that Flourish Presets created specially for me and my accounting. With no questions asked got everything I needed. On two separate occasions I have lost… On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great presets but not responsive to emails Have tried to reach them via email for the past 2 weeks, but they're far from being responsive.

Would never recommend this company Would never recommend this company. Truly awful presets that will ruin your photos and discourage you. Even worse customer service once I wrote in that I was unhappy with their presets. They did not care. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
