CEO 'Upstream' vanished overnight, abandoned the company and his employees, failing to pay their bills and leaving customers screwed. I started using SlothHost, based on reputation, on August 12th and on August 27th, all of the datacenters were shut down because the CEO (Nathan aka 'Upstream') had failed to pay them and had vanished. Even his employees could not contact him. Nobody had a chance to retrieve backups of their data or anything. The guy just literally vanished and his employees did their best to wind the company down to a close before moving elsewhere. What a trash experience. Never deal with this CEO again in any capacity. If he comes knocking to mow your yard every week, steer far clear of him and find some high school kid do throw a few bucks to. Absolute disaster.

Absolutely worth it Customer service was beyond helpful, and answered our support ticket in what seemed like less than a minute! The server we received runs smoothly with 100+ mods on it. There's been no hiccups or problems since the server has started, amazing!

Amazing and quick customer service Amazing and quick customer service! They were respectful, quick, and super helpful from the beginning. It's crazy what you get for just paying $6 a month for a budget MC server, I highly recommend. Been playing Minecraft for years and this is definitely one of the better hosts I've found if not one of the best.
