The CEO is quite unprofessional, and just disappeared without saying anything or having a contingency plan to run the systems in his absence. I have lost my entire server, plus all of its data, because the owner was absent for a few weeks and didn't pay the bills, causing every server to be shut down.

literally the best support ever in existence ever. literally the best support. they're pretty new, so the UI has a few kinks, but the support system helped me so much. they solved every problem i had and explained everything in great detail to me. the free trial, though only lasting for 4 days, has great specs and i will definitely be paying them for a server when my current server host's monthly plan ends.

It's crazy what you get for just paying $6 a month for a budget MC server, I highly recommend. Been playing Minecraft for years and this is definitely one of the better hosts I've found if not one of the best.
