Spam texts/ emails Had a very positive experience with the company on 7/26/21. They timely delivered skip-tracing, 81% hit rate: good price. Left them a 5 star review on their website. Left the real-estate industry several months later. Received excessive number of texts from them and asked to be removed from their list as I no longer needed their services. They finally stopped, but still kept my information and sent me another email today. They do not respect customer contacts. I have talked to multiple managers, and I am still being reached out to contrary to what they say. Do not recommend.
